You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Halo-Rx Meds. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at support@halo-rxmeds.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
1. Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Halo-Rx Meds, you agree to receive informational SMS messages including but not limited to:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Prescription status updates
- Account notifications and security alerts
- Treatment progress updates
- Important health information related to your care
- Service updates and announcements
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and treatment plan. You may receive anywhere from 1-10 messages per month. We will never send marketing or promotional messages without your explicit consent.
3. Cost and Charges
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Halo-Rx Meds does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may charge you for messages sent and received. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Our SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers including:
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other major carriers. Carrier coverage may vary.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Please note that opting out of text messages may affect your ability to receive important appointment reminders and account notifications.

8. Terms Modifications
